About My Clients
I specialize in working with individual clients seeking support for relational, self-esteem, and women's concerns. Each session is approached from an attachment and client-centered lens highlighting client's strengths and providing coping skills for presenting issues. Clients are also able to schedule for couple's and group therapy sessions.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and have been practicing in the field since 2018. I obtained my bachelor's degree in community psychology and master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Saint Cloud State University. My background is diverse from working in a variety of therapeutic settings including community agencies, DBT intensive outpatient services, corrections, and crisis services. I work from an eclectic and collaborative lens as a therapist. My clients and I find this approach effective as each individual has differing needs and views the world in their own unique way, requiring a tailored therapy experience. I am trained in DBT, CBT, Brainspotting, narrative, and attachment-based therapies.
