About My Clients
Savannah has worked in a variety of settings across the lifespan including schools, partial hospitalization, and community mental health. Her experience includes working with folks who experience voice hearing, suicidality, depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, housing and food insecurity, substance use, grief, and major life transitions.
My Background and Approach
Savannah earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Drama Therapy at Lesley University. She is a registered drama therapist (RDT) and level one developmental transformations practitioner. Additionally, she utilizes evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction with a person-centered and trauma-informed lens.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Savannah works well with clients who are looking to be challenged in the growing process of achieving their therapeutic goals. Outside of work, Savannah enjoys dancing, participating in community theatre, reading, and spending time with her cats!
