About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship struggles, self-worth, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful people who have spent a long time caring for others and are ready to better understand themselves. If you’ve ever thought, “I don’t need someone to fix me. I just want to understand myself,” you’re in the right place.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with experience supporting individuals through a variety of life challenges, transitions, and personal growth. My approach is person-centered, humanistic, and relational, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life and therapy should be a collaborative process. I provide a space where you can show up as your authentic self without judgment. Together, we can explore your experiences, relationships, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion while building greater self-understanding and connection. My style is warm and genuine, and sometimes sprinkled with humor because healing doesn’t have to happen in a perfectly serious room. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are not broken and do not need to be “fixed.” We all develop ways of coping that helped us navigate our experiences, and therapy can be a place to understand ourselves with more compassion. I believe meaningful therapy begins with a strong, trusting relationship. Feeling seen, heard, and accepted creates the foundation for growth and change. I also believe there is no “right” reason to start therapy. You don’t have to be in crisis or have everything figured out. Sometimes therapy is simply a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and explore what a more fulfilling life could look like.
