As a Marital and Family Therapist Candidate, I offer adult individual, couples, and family therapy through a bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens. This means I take into account your biology (physical health), psychology (mental health), social environment (relationships), and spirituality to better understand what is ailing you as well as the best way to treat the issue.
