About My Clients
Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, family dynamics, and self-worth. I work best with clients who are motivated, open, and engaged in the therapeutic process. I love working with teen girls and women, as well as moms in every stage of motherhood. I highly value our relationship and work with clients at their pace while also walking with them through areas of difficulty.
My Background and Approach
I began my career working in K-12 education, but after experiencing a major trauma in my own life I pivoted to therapy. I wanted to use my own therapeutic journey to healing to help others who are struggling. I want to help you know you are not alone and you matter. In my practice I work with both adults and teens ages 13 and up, and I particularly enjoy working with teen girls and young women. Together we will work together to discover your strengths and supports, and utilize them in order to promote healing and growth.
