I have both personal and professional experience with anxiety, which allows me to provide a unique perspective on overcoming the struggles it can present. I utilize a variety of interventions and techniques to increase coping skills, reduce symptoms, and help clients to find a sense of calm within themselves.

As wild as it may sound, I love working with trauma. It is messy and difficult, but the journey is fascinating and I'm in such awe of the resilience I see in clients. I have completed training in Trauma-Focused CBT and am pursuing further training in IFS (internal Family Systems), but I utilize a wide range of interventions when working with trauma. I try to meet clients where they are right now and help them to uncover where they feel stuck so that healing can begin.

We've all gone through these, right? Yet they can still be incredibly overwhelming. I enjoy walking alongside clients to help them find clarity and confidence in their decision making, and I utilize client strengths in order to help them overcome struggles.

I have training in both CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT. CBT is my go-to when working with trauma and self worth because it best matches my natural style of talking to and working with clients.

I am newer to IFS, however parts work is incredibly useful for those who have experienced traumatic events, depression, anxiety, and a host of other struggles.

I utilize a wide variety of interventions and strategies when working with trauma, but my main goal is to create a sense of safety for clients and a high level of trust between us. I am able to hold space for whatever a client is struggling with, and I work with the client closely to determine how to create growth and healing.
