Every human goes through times of pain, grief, confusion, anger, shame, or feeling overwhelmed by the state of their life. We treat a wide-range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, chronic pain and illness, trauma, self-esteem, & stress. There is no greater privilege than helping a person improve their life, and we appreciate the opportunity to help you.
My Background and Approach
It is my belief that many therapists take a very passive role in working with their clients, whereas I strive to connect with you and help you discover the things that need to change for you to have a better life - and then we work together to implement those changes. To do this, I provide a safe atmosphere to help foster self-understanding, to get you through difficult times, and to help you meet your personal goals. I combine support, insight, and direction to help you have the skills to better manage your life, and in the process, obtain greater peace and joy. We have clients see results in a short period of time, whereas others have stayed on for longer periods to continue their personal growth. Some feel that they have had problems throughout their life, whereas others feel that their problems are peaking at the present time. Whatever your situation my be, my goal is to help you have greater quality of life and to fulfill your personal goals in way that makes sense for you.

Whether you want to be a happier person, to have better relationships, or to simply understand yourself better, I can help you achieve this. I combine support, insight, and direction to help you have the skills to better manage your life, and obtain greater peace and joy. We specialize in the unique experience of women, including finding a healthy partner, making life decisions, working motherhood, attachment trauma, infertility, and perinatal mood disorders, among other things. There is no greater honor than helping a person improve their life, and I appreciate the opportunity to help you! We are here to help during this time of uncertainty.
