Some of my clients have done counseling before, but it didn’t go deep enough to understand and explore how patterns and experiences from their past are showing up in their life now. I will work with you to determine the root cause of your struggles and use evidence-based approaches to support healing and coping in a healthier way.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is an evidence-based approach to treating trauma, and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional through the IATP. Please visit my website for information on my training and experience.
