About My Clients
The reasons for seeking support are as varied as our unique life stories. I’m here to support you in navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and issues with self-esteem. While I work with clients from all walks of life, I often support adults facing these common struggles.
My Background and Approach
As I embarked on my professional path, I found myself in a variety of settings—psychiatric intensive outpatient, community mental health, and private practice. Each environment offered rich insights and a chance for growth. In the intensive outpatient and community settings, I encountered a tapestry of human struggles, which taught me the importance of flexibility and adaptability in my approach. Private practice, on the other hand, provided the space for deeper, more individualized work with clients. As a Level 2 trained practitioner in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I regularly weave this powerful model into my sessions. IFS provides an insightful framework for exploring the many parts of ourselves, guiding clients to uncover the roots of their conflicts and address the complexities that arise along the way. In this work, I strive to foster a sense of connection and belonging, reminding each person that they are not alone on this path of healing.
