Vulnerability is the key to a healthy and happy intimate relationship, whether it be with yourself or a partner. Being truly vulnerable can be intimidating; I aim to offer an inviting space where clients feel they can truly be themselves. I practice from a client-centered, emotionally focused lens and bring warmth, genuineness, and humor into my sessions.
