Therapy offers a space to share your story, a space to sort through feelings/thoughts, a space to get curious about that gut feeling that you deserve a better quality of life.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I want to hear your story, uncensored, without fear of judgment. Whether you're a child, teenager or adult, I offer acceptance, genuineness, honesty and maybe even a little humor along the way. Our sessions are personalized, utilizing evidence-based modalities that include (but are not limited to) EMDR, CBT, DBT, somatic exploration, motivational interviewing, eclectic, mindfulness, IFS, narrative, and play therapy. Sessions begin simply with you showing up, exactly as you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my world, nothing beats the first sip of coffee in the morning, cooking is a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon, and NYC theater always has my heart. Most simply, I am a genuine human being who likes to laugh, isn't afraid of honesty, and tries to show up each day through life’s variety of struggles and joys.
