About My Clients

My clients are adults looking to explore, reflect, and develop insight. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, family of origin and relationship issues, and may identify as a highly sensitive person. I strive to provide a space for you to feel seen and heard, without judgement.

My Background and Approach

I have been called an "eclectic" therapist by previous clients as I use a blend of different therapy frameworks and perspectives. Most importantly, I am relational and person-centered - the focus is on human connection and understanding, which allows us to feel safe enough to dive deep and explore. I have participated in numerous trainings and love to read, research, and attend trainings to expand my knowledge. Some of the frameworks that I incorporate include: Attachment Theory, Dynamic Enriched Experiential Psychotherapy, Psychotherapy for the Highly Sensitive Person, Bowen Family System Theory, EMDR, IPNB, and CBT.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have always valued honest, vulnerable, and authentic connection. I enjoy diving deep into the psyche, peeling back masks and layers, and helping people to find their true selves. As a fellow Highly Sensitive Person, I understand the struggle of feeling like you don't fit in, being overwhelmed by emotions/feeling too deeply, and hearing the criticism (from yourself or from others) that you are "too emotional." I am here to stand beside you while you figure out who you are and where you want to go in life.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
