About My Clients
Maybe you don't feel as much energy as you used to and you're finding yourself feeling emotionally drained. Are you tired of trying to think more positive and it's just not enough? Most of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed and want to learn how to better manage their emotions and improve their relationships. Your teen may be feeling increasingly stressed, and you may describe her as emotional, sensitive, or an empath. She may even describe herself as depressed or anxious lately.
