My Background and Approach
Using mindfulness you can learn to calm down when you're upset. EMDR helps to make those old memories a thing of the past and no longer cause you big reactions. It also gives you new insight and a new perspective. People have been surprised by what unexpected changes occurs when they see the past differently and have different reactions.
