My Background and Approach
My role is to meet you where you are and help you find clarity, connection, and a path forward that feels grounded and true to you. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, creating a space where you can show up authentically and move at your own pace. My approach is compassionate and experiential sprinkled with moments of laughter along the way. Rooted in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and trauma-informed care, I work with you as a whole person — your relationships, culture, family history, and the bigger systems you inhabit — not just the challenges that bring you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore what has felt hard to carry, loosen old patterns, and work towards experiencing greater ease, authenticity, and self-trust in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade working in emerging technology and marketing, work that sparked my curiosity about people, connection, and what helps us grow. These days, life looks a lot different. I’m a mom to two daughters, attempting to stay grounded and regulate myself in a beautifully messy house. The things that bring me the most joy these days are cooking and baking, relaxing with a good science fiction or fantasy book, and any excuse to travel. I also love dancing, cycling, and hiking. Most weekends however you’ll find me running around a new playground with my family or going to one of Austin’s farmers markets.
