Having low self esteem and low confidence can be tricky, especially when fed by the opinions of others. In a world where we rely heavily on the acceptance of our peers, we sometimes forget that the most important opinion of ourselves lies within. This space is for embracing and accepting who you truly are – no shame attached.

I specialize in Self Esteem, healing from Narcissistic Abuse, and Anxiety. Some of the work you can expect from our sessions include Inner Child Work, Setting Healthy Boundaries, and Transformative Self Talk. My approach is offering a compassionate, empathetic, and judgement-free space to help nurture and support your authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The therapeutic space is sort of like a "room of requirement" in the world of Harry Potter; it's there for the sole purpose of tending to your needs. More than a safe space, here you can begin to practice setting healthy boundaries, have the freedom to express your emotions, and start to heal from the inside out. You have gotten so accustomed to pushing your needs to the side, to not be a "burden" to others with your grief, but you are also worthy of taking space and your voice matters. When working with me, you can count on feeling supported, heard, and accepted as you are. I believe that you are the true expert of your life and my goal is to work as an ally to help empower and help you embrace what makes you, you.
