Our clients present with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, disordered eating, body image concerns, OCD, relationship challenges, navigating life transitions, immigration/first generation experiences, identity exploration, and issues related to neurodivergence. We specialize in working with individuals who are seeking a greater sense of alignment with themselves and those who are looking for support as they find their own way.
Our Approach to Helping
We are a diverse group of providers unified by our investment in harm reduction, liberation, and anti-carceral practices. Each of us approaches the work of therapy differently- informed by our individual experiences as much as our education & training.
