I like to assist people in their personal growth by encouraging their resilience and helping them tap into their potential to overcome life’s difficulties. Life teaches us through different experiences and challenges. By being aware of these lessons, we can find self-understanding and acceptance, both of which will help us face life challenges.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Being fluent in both Spanish and English allows me to work with diverse populations. In 2012, I completed a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked for nonprofit organizations as a therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults. As a holistic therapist, I use different approaches depending on personal needs. I focus on acceptance, empathy, and non-judgment.

My role as a therapist is not to come up with solutions, but to assist you in finding them yourself. I will help you reach deep within yourself because the solutions are there. I will help you find them.
