My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting people through healing, growth, and meaningful change. I’ve worked across clinical settings and leadership roles, giving me a deep understanding of how systems affect mental health and how to create results that last. I specialize in grief and loss (including pet loss), depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, identity development, life transitions, and LGBTQIA-affirming care. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness, all tailored to your goals. I'm direct, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that therapy should lead to insight, action, and transformation. My work centers your voice, your pace, and your power so you can feel more aligned, more balanced, and more like yourself.

I care deeply about animal welfare and support ethical rescue, adoption, and care efforts. I also honor all forms of spirituality and non-spiritual worldviews.
