Children and adults alike experience unforeseen setbacks and barriers. I want to help children and adults succeed in their goals in life while learning coping mechanisms in a supportive, trusted environment.
My Background and Approach
I have over ten years experience with school aged children and their families. I have worked with children affected by Autism, ADHD, and social/emotional issues. I work with adults going through issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, divorce, co-parenting and grief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The author C.S. Lewis said, “You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending”. I am committed to helping my clients change their endings and achieve the life they dream of. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment for anyone that walks through my door.
