They are looking for a space where they can be fully seen, explore their identities, and move toward more aligned, meaningful lives.
My Background and Approach
At Tendril Therapy, our work is rooted in strong clinical training and a deep respect for each client’s unique story. Our therapists are trained in trauma informed, attachment based, and evidence supported approaches, while also bringing a relational, human centered presence into the room. We believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, affirming, and grounded in genuine connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe that healing happens in spaces where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. That includes your identity, your relationships, and your sexuality. We are committed to being a sex positive and LGBTQ+ affirming practice, where all parts of you are welcomed without judgment. We see growth not as fixing what is broken, but as understanding what has been shaped by your experiences and creating space for something new.
