About My Clients
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ adults—especially trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive folks—as well as neurodivergent individuals. That said, everyone is truly welcome here. My practice is a safe, inclusive space for people of all identities and backgrounds. I’m affirming of poly, swinger, CNM, and kink communities, sex-positive, sex worker allied, feminist, and grounded in social justice and cultural humility. Whoever you are, you belong here.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2015. and went on to work for Hope Inc. as a Clinical Case Manager, assisting clients who had struggled with homelessness in the past due to mental health issues. I was also a Behavioral Health Educator for Kaiser Permanente, Napa. I started my own private practice in 2021 which is happily thriving, serving clients in California and Nevada. My approach to therapy is holistic, somatic, compassionate, gentle and heart-centered. I believe the most transformative healing happens when we bring the mind, body, and spirit into the room together. I work from a social justice perspective, addressing how systemic inequalities and societal factors impact clients' well-being. My work is rooted in deep listening, presence, and creating a space where you feel truly seen and supported on your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, it’s an honor to support others in navigating life’s challenges. My lived experience gives me a deep, personal understanding of the emotional, spiritual, and practical impact of systemic oppression, discrimination, and social injustice. I became a therapist to serve our community with compassion and care. Here, you’ll find a space where you’re understood—no need to explain. I work with individuals, couples, polycules, and families of all kinds. This isn’t just my job—it’s my calling. As someone who lives in and loves the LGBTQAI+ community, I bring heart, advocacy, and fierce compassion into the therapy room. You're not too much. You're not broken. You deserve support, respect, and a life filled with love, joy, vibrant sexuality, and nurturing relationships. Let’s begin this journey together.
