My Background and Approach

If you’re ready for a dash of TOUGH love, REAL talk and unapologetic HONESTY to improve your relationship with yourself, marriage or relationship with others, I’m here to help! As a clinician, I utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches to promote the overall wellness of my clients. My clinical approaches includes: solution focused therapy, client centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing therapy, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Gottman therapy, as well as coaching techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an experienced Licensed Clinician, I’ve journeyed with many individuals to initiate the process of healing and personal growth in a nonjudgmental, supportive and safe space. It is my belief that my clients are the narrators of their life story; my role is to assist my clients to access their strengths to overcome their challenges.
