Much of my experience as a therapist has centered around helping individuals better understand and navigate their anxiety. Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety, we focus on building psychological flexibility: learning how to notice what shows up internally, respond with compassion, and still move toward the life you want to live. In our work together, we’ll explore tools to manage overwhelm while also reconnecting to your values and mind/body connection.

Burnout can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and like you're constantly running on empty. I help clients explore the root causes—whether related to work, relationships, or perfectionism—and develop tools to reconnect with themselves. A key focus of this work is boundary-setting: not just with others, but also with yourself. Together, we’ll work toward creating a more sustainable, intentional way of living and relating.

Codependency can feel like losing yourself in the needs of others. I support clients in untangling these patterns by exploring where they began and how they show up in current relationships. Together, we’ll work on building a stronger sense of self, increasing emotional awareness, and setting boundaries that honor your needs without guilt. This process is about reclaiming your voice and creating relationships rooted in mutual care, not self-sacrifice.

I’ve completed continuing education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have extensive experience using it in my work. CBT helps us explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—so we can begin to identify unhelpful patterns and shift them with intention. I use CBT tools to support clients in building insight, developing coping strategies, and creating more flexible, self-compassionate ways of thinking and responding.

I hold a certificate in Trauma-Informed Therapy and have experience working with individuals who have lived through trauma. My approach emphasizes safety, trust, and collaboration, helping clients process their experiences at a pace that feels right for them. Together, we focus on building resilience, restoring a sense of control, and creating space for healing and growth.

I’m certified in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based approach that helps people relate differently to their thoughts and emotions. Rather than trying to eliminate discomfort, ACT focuses on building psychological flexibility—so you can stay present, align with your values, and take meaningful action even in the face of anxiety, self-doubt, or uncertainty.
