About My Clients
I work with clients who want to gain an understanding of their experiences and how to navigate being who they are in this "one precious and wild life" (Mary Oliver). I work with those with intersecting identities of age, race, religion, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, and gender. I help to empower clients who struggle with identity, grief and loss, family of origin and relationship issues, and traumatic experiences.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I prioritize building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship. More specifically, I utilize Trauma-Informed Stabilization Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction to assist clients with their concerns.
