You'll create new ways of coping so you stop the self-sabotage cycle and can feel great in your body. I have specialized tools and training to make sure you get exactly what you need.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NCC), and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA) with experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in individual and group settings. My counseling approach is an individualized person-centered view where my clients can explore their own personal growth and development in a safe environment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about working with individuals with special interests including addiction and recovery, women’s issues, and life transitions including infertility and adoption. I welcome all sexual and gender identities and make LGBTQ+-affirming space a priority. I have been married for over 30 years and have an internationally adopted son, an African Gray parrot, and a Golden Doodle dog.
