I work with women in several different time zones through confidential video-conferencing and also in person if you happen to live in the Chicago area. I utilize easy to use HIPAA compliant platforms to protect your confidentiality. You can start feeling better from the comfort on your home, using your laptop, tablet or phone, at your own pace, on your own schedule.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is not about you learning but about UNLEARNING how some thought patterns and behaviors are no longer serving you and are not bringing you closer to your goals. My passion is working with women to help them recognize their personal strengths and discover life patterns that are holding them back from the future they want to create.
