About My Clients
Life is stressful! The American Psychological Association (2022) in their Stress in America survey found that three-quarters of adults (76%) said they have experienced health impacts due to stress in the prior month, including headache (38%), fatigue (35%), feeling nervous or anxious (34%), and/or feeling depressed or sad (33%). Together we can identify ways to reduce the stress in your life and develop ways to find more time to do the things that matter to you.
