About My Clients

Are you feeling stuck in a relationship that's more like a rollercoaster than a smooth ride? Maybe you're tired of the constant arguing, the misunderstandings, or the feeling of being alone even when you're together. It's tough, I get it. But guess what? You don't have to figure it all out on your own. I'm all about helping break free from the cycle of unhappiness and rediscover the joy of being together. I'll guide you in how to talk openly, listen deeply, and truly understand each other.

My Background and Approach

When it comes to therapy, I like to mix things up. I draw from evidence-based approaches to build stronger connections, explore underlying emotions, and challenge negative patterns to foster positive change. It's all about finding what works best for you and your partner(s) and tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs. Maybe your relationship isn't exactly conventional, and that's cool too. Whether you're exploring kink, navigating polyamory, or just doing things your own way, I'm here to support you without judgment or bias. I know it's scary to reach out for help, but trust me, it's worth it. Together, we'll create a safe space where you can be vulnerable, express your truth, and work towards a relationship that's fulfilling and authentic. So, if you're ready to say goodbye to the drama and hello to a love that lifts you up instead of tearing you down, let's chat. You deserve happiness, and I'm here to help you find it.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that anyone can make a change in their life, but you don't have to go through it alone. Connection to others is one of the biggest needs we have in our lives, yet we often dismiss this need and push it to the side. I think that by building connections and empathy with others we can enhance not just our own lives, but others. Although I am coming from a position of privilege (I identify as a cis-gender, white, female), I believe passionately in any cause that seeks to uplift oppressed voices and promote equality, and am doing both personal and community work to dismantle systems of racism, classism, ableism, heteronormativity, and sexism.
