About My Clients

The patterns that feel stuck or heavy can be understood, softened, and transformed. My clients are often introspective, sensitive, or creative souls that come to me during times of transition, burnout, relationship challenges, recovery from addiction, or when seeking a deeper connection to themselves and their purpose.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC/LPCC) and 500-hour RYT. My approach is non-pathologizing and integrates psychodynamic understanding, relational talk therapy, somatic awareness, and IFS parts work- inviting body, heart, and mind into the healing process. I also draw from earth-based and contemplative practices that nurture connection with something larger than the self. I offer a warm, grounded space to explore what has shaped you — creating room for self-trust, belonging, and the freedom to live in alignment with your values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My path to becoming a therapist was deeply personal — shaped by my own transformative experience as a client. As an adolescent, therapy offered me a space to be seen and supported, and to make sense of my inner world. That experience sparked a calling to offer the same sense of presence and care to others. My commitment is to growth, embodiment, and connection — not only on the personal and relational levels, but also within the wider systems we all move through. My life has been shaped by movement, art, and contemplative practices. These expressive traditions have offered me pathways for insight beyond words, and they continue to inspire the integrative lens I bring to therapy. I am also guided by a quiet attunement to the mystical and the unseen realms. I connect with ancient healing traditions, symbolism, dreams, and the wisdom carried in our lineages as ways of deepening insight and remembering our inherent belonging to something greater.
