Unfortunately, this creates challenges with finding fulfilling relationships, challenges at work, and prevents you from living your best life. Together we can look at the facts, even if your brain is telling you something different. You can learn to reduce that harmful self-talk while strengthening your self-worth. We will work towards actually learning to love yourself.

Play therapy is a form of therapy used primarily for children (it's also for adults too!) While it may look like an ordinary playtime, play therapy can be much more than that. I use playtime to observe and gain insights into challenges. Then through play, we can explore emotions, grow a sense of empowerment, and deal with life's challenges.

When internal family systems idealogy is applied to life's challenges, it brings awareness to motivations for behaviors. This technique looks at all the parts of the system to discover what needs they are trying to get met. Digging deeper into learning the why, can help to undo the undesirable actions and respond in a more compassionate way to ourselves and to others.
