About My Clients

You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Maybe you're questioning your identity, feeling alone in relationships, or carrying pain that still lingers. You don’t have to do it alone. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore what is holding you back, understand the patterns shaped by your past, and gently reconnect with yourself with care, curiosity, and at your own pace.

My Background and Approach

I'm a counselor with a deep commitment to healthy relationships. I believe healing happens amidst our relationships, but trauma, unhelpful patterns, and pain can keep us stuck. I have years of experience supporting clients in outpatient clinics, hospitals, and residential programs. These spaces have shown me how complex and resilient people are and how important it is to meet each person exactly where they are at. My approach blends psychodynamic therapy, which looks at how your early experiences shape current experiences. I also utlize a mix of somatic, cognitive, and emotionally focused therapy to help clients manage emotions, shift unhelpful thoughts, and feel more grounded in daily life. I believe healing happens in safe, trusting relationships, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you make sense of your story, reconnect with yourself, and move toward change that feels right for you. Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and always centered on what matters most to you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that change is always possible, no matter how stuck or overwhelmed you may feel. I’ve seen it in the clients I work with and in my own life. I hold deep hope for healing—not because I think it’s easy, but because I know it can happen when we feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. It’s not just about insight or coping tools—it’s about having someone walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and honesty. I’ve done my own therapeutic work and know firsthand how transformative it can be to feel truly understood. That experience fuels the space I strive to create: grounded, nonjudgmental, and focused on your growth. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. I do believe in your ability to heal and the power of having someone walk beside you while you do it. I also believe that progress is best made with patience, honesty, and the occasional snack (because healing is hard work).
