I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to empower clients in forming new neural connections that support growth and resilience. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a passionate animal lover and proud pet parent to three rescued dogs who bring endless joy and meaning to my life. Traveling and exploring new places energize me—my husband and I make it a goal to visit a new country every year. I’m also a yoga enthusiast and practice mindfulness daily, which helps me stay grounded and balanced. Whether I’m in the desert, rainforest, or my own backyard, I feel my best when I connect with nature and embrace its calming beauty.
