About My Clients
I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic stress, or major life changes. They’re motivated to heal, gain insight, and develop lasting tools for emotional balance. I provide a calm, supportive space where therapy feels collaborative, practical, and focused on growth.
My Background and Approach
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Somatic techniques to address both the mind and body. I’ve worked in hospital and health psychology settings, including pain management programs and veteran education groups. My style is warm, direct, and culturally responsive. I emphasize evidence-based care while tailoring treatment to your personal goals—whether that’s improving emotional regulation, deepening self-awareness, or rebuilding confidence after difficult experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens through connection, self-compassion, and living in alignment with your values. I’m passionate about reducing stigma in mental health and supporting clients from diverse racial, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds. My work is influenced by mindfulness, behavioral science, and the belief that small, consistent actions create lasting change. Outside of therapy, I enjoy fitness, walking outdoors, and creating educational content about psychology and personal growth.
