I will help those who struggle with low self-esteem, harsh self-criticism, feelings of worthlessness, or imposter syndrome. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and CBT, I support clients in understanding and healing the critical or protective parts that keep them feeling “not good enough,” while building genuine self-compassion, healthier inner dialogue, and a stronger, more stable sense of self-worth that carries into their daily life and relationships.

I specialize in helping ALL age clients heal painful or repeating relationship issues — including difficulty with intimacy, frequent conflicts, boundary struggles, codependency, or feeling stuck in unhealthy dynamics. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and CBT, I guide clients to understand the protective parts that show up in relationships, heal underlying wounds, and develop healthier communication and connection patterns so they can experience more secure and fulfilling relationships.

I specialize in helping clients recover from burnout, especially those in high-demand careers, caregiving roles, or people-pleasing patterns who feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, and stuck in cycles of over-functioning. Using IFS and CBT, I support clients in identifying the protective parts that drive burnout, restoring balance, and creating sustainable boundaries and self-care practices that actually last.

In adapted Play Therapy for telehealth I use expressive and creative techniques. This approach allows clients to access emotions and inner parts that are hard to reach through talk alone. In virtual sessions I incorporate art, strategic games, visualization, and symbolic play to support healing, especially for trauma, self-esteem, and relational issues.

I specialize in Internal Family Systems because it offers a compassionate, non-pathologizing way to help clients heal inner conflict and relational wounds. With extensive training and experience, I guide clients to understand and transform their protective “parts,” leading to greater self-compassion, reduced self-sabotage, and lasting emotional freedom.

I will work with CBT for its practical, evidence-based effectiveness in treating anxiety, depression, burnout, and negative thought patterns. I am skilled at helping clients quickly identify and reframe unhelpful beliefs while building concrete skills they can use immediately, resulting in measurable progress and real-life change.
