About My Clients
Is the stress of the world getting to you? Have you been meaning to start therapy but never got around to it? Struggling with relationships with friends, family, or children? I am experienced in working with youth 0-18, younger adults, queer identities, and people who view themselves as “different".
My Background and Approach
Helping individuals and families identify their problems, goals, and how to improve their lives is a passion of mine. I strive to provide a space that will allow you to be seen and heard in a non-judgemental atmosphere. I utilize a person centered approach and value getting to know who you are as a person in order to understand how to help you. I work from a systems perspective to understand how your family, work, friends, and other systems are influencing how you are experiencing life. I have specialized training working with trauma, infant mental health and adoption.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a supporter of LGBTQ+ rights and follow WPATH standards of care. I support women's rights & racial justice. (BLM & BIPOC). In my off time, you can find me at protests or helping stray cats. I am also a local foster parent. I love to play board games and Animal Crossing.
