Hi, I'm Paige. I use an evidence-based, experiential approach to help clients find peace and healing in their journey.
Marriage & Family Therapist in Nashville, TN
Supervised by Justin Briggs, LMFT
Being a teen is tough. You are navigating newfound independence, social circles, relationships, academics, and the looming question of, "what do you want to do with your future?" In my work with adolescents, I focus on the future self, how clients can learn to make informed choices that are best for them, and coping skills to help manage all that life throws at them.
In my work with clients with an ADHD diagnosis, I use many resources that include worksheets, planning lists, and tips to manage stressors that are unique to neurodivergence.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have a unique understanding of systemic therapy. In short, families are going to fight. My goal is to teach you how to fight better; how to listen and communicate in a way that honors and validates both your feelings and the feelings of others in the system. I use a research-based approach, including Gottman's communication skills, to teach families how to find solutions that work long-term.
