About My Clients
I work primarily with women ages 18-55 years old. Many of my clients work in education, medicine, or other helping professions and care about social justice. I enjoy working with people who want to explore their family of origin patterns and how that relates to their present concerns.
My Background and Approach
I care about providing a thorough, comprehensive service; in practice, this could include consultations with your other medical providers, writing letters to advocate for your best treatment or accommodations, spending time helping you find the right resources, and providing recommendations for books, podcasts or "homework assignments" if desired. I use the relationship we create together to help you understand yourself and make meaningful changes in your life. I practice from an anti-racist, feminist stance and pay careful attention to your strengths and resilience throughout our treatment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I was a full-time volunteer for a Catholic social justice organization during which I worked with foster youth. At this time, I have grown into a healthy curiosity around the limitations the Catholic institution and am interested in supporting those who are healing from religious trauma. I am trained in how to practice from an anti-racist approach and consistently seek more opportunities to grow in this practice.
