About My Clients
A large focus of my graduate studies has been LGBTQIA+ issues. I identify as a member of the queer community and am passionate about providing identity affirming treatment to all member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My Background and Approach
I primarily utilize a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, while also drawing from other modalities as needed, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a firm believer in fostering a space where my clients feel both heard and affirmed. I know firsthand the transformational difference mental health can have on a person’s life, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment where you can explore and digest your authentic self.
