I partner with folx 18+ who are ready to break unhelpful patterns, challenge societal expectations, heal from past traumas, and live intentionally. I often work with busy parents and helping professionals, who often need support themselves. I also offer relationship counseling for diverse couples, exploring how upbringing, attachment styles, and cultural backgrounds shape relationship dynamics, and providing tools to foster deeper intimacy and connection.
My Background and Approach
In our work together, you’ll experience me to be interactive, curious, and collaborative. I take a culturally responsive, person-centered approach, drawing from Internal Family System (IFS), somatic experiencing, narrative therapy, multicultural perspectives, relational dynamics, queer feminist theory, and social justice principles. Together, we’ll explore how colonialism, systemic oppression, and intergenerational trauma have shaped your internal beliefs and relationship patterns. My goal is to help you challenge limiting narratives, break free from unhelpful patterns, and live with intention—empowering you to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

I believe deeply in the resilience of the human spirit and understand that life presents each of us with unique challenges. I am fiercely committed to supporting the Global Majority and othered identities as they navigate these complexities, including the profound impact of systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of diverse clinical and community experience, I bring a compassionate and collaborative approach to our work together, fostering a space where healing and growth can flourish.
