About My Clients
You might be carrying a lot right now—old expectations, tangled identities, the weight of doing too much for too long. Maybe you're questioning where you belong, or trying to reconnect with parts of yourself that got buried in the process of adapting. You’re not alone in that. I work with teens and adults navigating neurodivergence, cultural identity, developmental trauma, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from constantly shifting to fit into systems that weren’t built for them.
My Background and Approach
In therapy with me, you’ll find a space that is collaborative and grounded. I draw from somatic, narrative, and relational approaches. I also work through a lens that is anti-oppressive, person-centered, and affirming of all identities. You are the expert on your experience. In therapy, I offer warmth, curiosity, and just the right amount of humor. I draw from evidence-based tools and strive to foster sessions that are thoughtful, flexible, and paced to fit where you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a white-identifying, neurodivergent, immigrant who came to the U.S. from the former USSR. My lived experience has shaped a deep commitment to justice, equity, and healing. I believe therapy should honor your whole identity and lived experience, especially if you hold marginalized identities. My work is rooted in anti-oppressive and liberation-centered practices. I’m dedicated to creating affirming spaces for queer, trans, Black, Indigenous, and people of the global majority. Beyond therapy, I’m active in community work supporting Indigenous sovereignty, racial justice, and decolonized approaches to healing and land stewardship. I strive to show up with humility, curiosity, and care, centering your story while working to dismantle harmful systems that impact us all.
