About My Clients
IT'S THE CONSTANT ANXIETY AND FEELINGS OF OVERWHELM. The thoughts that are filled with emotions and physical reactions. You find yourself struggling to stay connected to others. You feel like you have lost control of many things in your life. It has become difficult to concentrate at work or at school, and the memories and thoughts keep playing in your head. You no longer enjoy your present, as you spend so much time thinking about the past and what the future holds for you.
My Background and Approach
You have taken one of the most difficult steps in healing, which is using your courage to look for help. And although this can be difficult, it can also be the best step you take for your self, for your future and for your well-being. My goal is to provide you with a safe space where you can let go of the many things you hold inside. I can guide you in processing your thoughts and emotions and will give you tools to help you manage them, so you do not feel out of control anymore. I am also trained in EMDR and use it to assist you in dealing with the reactions you experience from the difficult events you have had. In many situations I also work with families, as it is one of the first systems that we are part of, and by healing the system, we heal our future and the generations to come. I am determined to listen and to understand the emotions that you are having and the situations that may be holding you from enjoying your present.

Healing is possible, and I am grateful to be part of the healing journey for my clients. Healing from your trauma, emotional wounds or from difficult experiences, not only helps you, but it also helps those around you and your future generations.
