About My Clients
I work with adults specialize in grief, women's issues, relationship issues, and support professional/graduate students. I also see clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and a variety of other issues.
My Background and Approach
I provide therapy with a trauma-informed lens and focus on a client-centered, strengths-based, and somatic approach. I utilize EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative practices as well.

My practice embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion and is LGBTQ+ affirming. I strive to create a safe environment with open communication, while welcoming your wisdom and perspectives.
