As a PMHNP-BC, I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University and have 20+ years of experience. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, substance abuse, and mood disorders. My approach combines medication management and psychotherapy, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. I offer a client-centered, compassionate approach tailored to each individual’s needs.
