About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who are navigating concerns related to relationships, sex, intimacy, and emotional connection. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, frustrated, or unsure how to talk about what they are experiencing. Some are dealing with differences in desire, difficulty feeling present or fulfilled during sex, sexual functioning concerns, or questions around identity, pleasure, kink, BDSM, or polyamorous relationship dynamics.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and practical. As an AASECT-certified sex therapist and licensed psychotherapist, I bring specialized training in sex therapy along with a strong foundation in couples work. I tailor each session to the needs of the individual or relationship, helping clients better understand what is happening beneath the surface while also offering tangible tools and strategies they can use outside of therapy.
