With my laid-back and compassionate approach, I create a warm and safe environment where you will feel validated, empowered, and at times challenged. I value providing holistic therapy, where together we will develop mental, emotional, and spiritual tools that will assist you in becoming your best self.
My Background and Approach
I enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults who seek help with identity issues, spiritual development, anger, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and athletic performance. While working together, we can explore creative approaches such as Walk & Talk Therapy in a scenic Honolulu park. Being in nature and exercising are both proven to lower stress levels and improve overall wellbeing. I also offer In-Office Therapy if you would prefer a more private setting.
