About My Clients
My first goal as a therapist is to provide an environment where you will feel safe and comfortable in order to make the most progress. I will work with you to meet you where you are in your journey. Together we will develop strategies to target your treatment/mental health goals. I have experience working with Active Duty Services Members as well as their family members. I have experience working with justice-involved (juvenile and adult).
My Background and Approach
I specialize in providing therapy to individuals struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, depression, relationship issues, trauma, substance abuse, and life stressors related to adjustments/life transitions, and more. I use evidenced based practices including: Play Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Behavior Modification, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, and Trauma Therapy.
