My Personal Beliefs and Interests
There are many aspects of our modern society that do not serve our mental wellbeing. We are easily overworked, isolated, and cynical because of the demands and perceptions of our individualistic, greed-driven culture. I believe social, economic, physical, and spiritual factors should be addressed with high priority when considering how to improve our mental health. Whatever your struggles may be, I will follow your lead in what you find to be the most important and comfortable to work on.
