About My Clients
I work especially well with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, self-esteem, life transitions, or patterns they don’t fully understand. You may already know why you feel stuck, or you may have no idea where it comes from. Either way, you don’t need to have the right words or a clear answer. We can make sense of what you’re feeling, understand the patterns underneath it, and work toward changes that feel meaningful in your everyday life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My work is informed by an attachment- and trauma-focused lens, with a strong interest in how earlier experiences can shape the beliefs we develop about ourselves, other people, and relationships. Those beliefs can quietly influence how we respond to stress, connect with others, and make sense of what happens to us. In therapy, I help clients explore those connections at a pace that feels manageable, while also building practical ways to cope with what is happening in the present. I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. We may spend one session focused on something happening right now and another going deeper into where a pattern began. My goal is to help you understand yourself more fully while creating changes that extend beyond the therapy room.
