About My Clients
I have the honor of working with individuals, romantic relationships, and families navigating grief and loss, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity development, and complex life transitions. I strive for cultural humility and social justice advocacy in my practice and honor your intersectional identities, inner strengths, and life experiences.
My Background and Approach
I lead with warmth, empathy, and authenticity to foster a nonjudgmental therapeutic space. I weave in humor, creativity, and curiosity to help create a nurturing experience for introspection and connection. I integrate multiple therapeutic models to fit my clients’ needs to achieve the desired change in their lives. I empower clients to deepen their self-understanding, communicate bravely, and reconnect with themselves and important relationships in their lives. I received my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Psychological Services from Northwestern University. I completed my clinical training at the Bette D. Harris Family and Child Clinic at The Family Institute.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is a part of a meaningful process of exploration and growth and I want to acknowledge your bravery in embarking on this journey. I invite you to contact me to determine if we are a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
