About My Clients

When you're managing fatigue, brain fog, cognitive differences, and ADHD, it's ok if managing stops being enough. And it's ok to want your symptoms to be taken seriously. It's exhausting trying to find a therapist who truly understands brains and bodies that work differently. Someone you don't have to explain yourself to. Someone who knows what Post Exertional Malaise is. Someone who sees beyond the missed appointments, racing thoughts, overwhelm, and masking—and sees you.

My Background and Approach

While many therapists have lived experience with this (as do I ;), very few receive deep training in cognition. This is where I can help the most, as I started working with people like us long before I became a therapist and actually hold multiple licenses. I want you to know that we are doing this work together. Not to "fix" your brain, but to discover how to work with your neurology, and ideally, to embrace the brain you have.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Starting therapy does not require having it all figured out. Most people who reach out recognize that something needs to change. That is more than enough to start. So please feel free to introduce yourself and we'll have a free chat to connect. Also, please remember that healing is real, and it is being seen as our authentic selves that helps us thrive.

I have experience with the following
  • Buddhism
  • Christianity
  • The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
  • Taoism
  • Interfaith
  • Multifaith
